Our team inspects your property Biweekly by "walking," not driving through it. |

Safe guard your property against stress passing, land grabing, Neighbor’s encroachment and other local hassels. |

Provide 24-Hour emergency contact persons, in the event of an emergency affecting the property, and implementation of any emergency plan for the property. |

Provide police protection if needed, file Criminal case incase of trespassing and provide support for legal property issues through our eminent civil and criminal lawyers. |
|
Provide supervision of all maintenance work performed to improve functional and visual esthetics of the property. |
|
Evaluate the property site half yearly and provide a written report of the finding to the owners. |
|
Keep you posted with market trends in the area and advise on buying and selling of the property. |

Plots pictures are taken biweekly , with a proof to reflect that it is taken on right date |
|
Video will also be taken to show/capture the development in surrounding areas. |
|
Pictures/Video will be either uploaded in website or sent via email. Printed pictures and video CD’s are posted wherever internet is not accessible. |
